Фотограф услови момента преди, по време на, и след женския оргазъм в невероятна интимна серия от снимки. Последният проект на Маркос Алберти, наречен „Проект О“, цели да покаже женската сексуалност, както никога преди.

За да улови кулминационния момент на двадесет жени, той се е съюзил с компанията Smile Makers, която смята, че сексуалното задоволяване на жените е ключът към красотата.
